Return and Refund Policy

At Sunhealers, we are committed to providing quality products, services, and experiences. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
Physical products
We accept exchanges of unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping cost, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Due to health and safety considerations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
- Opened products
- Teas, tinctures, supplements, or consumable items
- Personal care products
- Custom made or special order items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will gladly replace the items or issue a refund at our discretion.
Workshops, Classes, Retreats, and Events
Registration fee for workshops, classes and events are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
If you are unable to attend:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event may receive a credit toward a future class or event.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- No-shows are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Private Sessions
Private appointments and wellness sessions may be rescheduled with at least 12 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or cancelations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee and are not eligible for refunds.
Memberships and Digital Products
All digital products, downloadable materials, online courses, memberships, and recorded content are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
